Aluminium Melting Holding Furnace

This melting and holding furnace is designed for continuous operation and is suitable for aluminum die casting ,aluminum casting industries equipped with” High speed Flame Burners” in the melting furnace.

Holding Furnaces gives advantage when there is production is in large volume. Holding cum Melting furnaces are used for alloying and holding the molten metal at a temperature prior to the casting process. Using a finely tuned furnace hydraulic system, we ensure that desired metal level in launder is precisely maintained.

An appropriately designed furnace bottom guarantees the complete emptying of the bath. The furnaces are equipped with a large cleaning door and smooth inner walls are beneficial for easy cleaning.
